Contemplating Anxiety

Sit quietly and ask yourself what it would be like if you felt just as you do feel at this moment but with no anxiety. What would it be like to play solo as you do play, but without anxiety? To play a duet? A concerto? To have a lesson? To teach a lesson? I find this helpful; maybe you will, too. It’s worth three minutes a day to find out.
